We are open to speaking with Supervisors and Coordinators from Warehouse and Operations backgrounds who want to build a career in Health & Safety. If you have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for safety, this could be the perfect opportunity to step up and develop in a specialist role.
What You'll Be Doing:
? Championing and embedding a strong Health & Safety culture across the business? Engaging and influencing teams to take ownership of safety practices? Conducting risk assessments, audits, and investigations to drive continuous improvement? Providing guidance and training on Health & Safety best practices? Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
What We're Looking For:
?? NEBOSH Qualification (Essential) - or working towards it?? Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to engage with people at all levels?? A proactive, driven, and hands-on approach to safety management?? Passion for making a tangible difference and driving a cultural shift?? Warehouse/Operations experience with a keen interest in progressing into Health & Safety
