Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage and stay focused in lessons
* Build strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic success
* Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment
* Encourage students to thrive emotionally and academically
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate students
* Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students
* A passion for working with young people and supporting their emotional and academic growth
* Prior experience in education or working with students is a plus, but not required
