Your ability to communicate as a Teaching Assistant and break down complex ideas will be key to ensuring students understand and engage with their lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging lessons.
• Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and any additional administrative duties.
