Our Client is aleading landscaping and grounds maintenance company, committed to deliveringhigh-quality green spacesfor commercial and private clients. We are expanding our team inSwindonand are looking for aGrounds Maintenance Team Leaderand aGrounds Maintenance Operativeto join them.

Available Roles:

Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

  • Oversee and lead a small team in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services
  • Plan and coordinate tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and planting
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Previous leadership experience in grounds maintenance is desirable

Grounds Maintenance Operative

  • Carry out routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and planting
  • Assist in keeping landscapes tidy and well-maintained
  • Work as part of a team to deliver excellent outdoor spaces
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
