Available Roles:
Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
- Oversee and lead a small team in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services
- Plan and coordinate tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and planting
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Previous leadership experience in grounds maintenance is desirable
Grounds Maintenance Operative
- Carry out routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and planting
- Assist in keeping landscapes tidy and well-maintained
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent outdoor spaces
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
What Were Looking For:
- Experience ingrounds maintenance(essential for Team Leader, desirable for Operative)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and attention to detail
