BDS are currently recruiting for a Retirement Housing Co-Ordinator in Swindon, Wiltshire
The post will be based over 2 retirement complex’s for older adults who live independently.
You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle
We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.
35 Hours a week Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
Temporary ongoing position with opportunity to become perm for the right person
Salary- £14ph PAYE plus holiday pay / £17.54 UMB
Main duties
- Speaking with the residents daily
- Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
- Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
- Liaising with contractors
Experience in a similar role is essential.
You will have good PC skills, be approachable and have good organisation skills.
An enhanced DBS will be required
