We are currently seeking to fill a temporary position for a Human Resources Administrator within our team. This role is located in Swindon and requires a full-time commitment, working Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate must be available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of an earlier departure on Fridays. It is imperative that applicants can demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.

In this role, you are expected to collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team both at the central office and across various school sites to ensure effective, efficient, and confident support. Your responsibilities include daily inputting of absences, be the first point of contact for all visitors and ensuring health and safety and safeguarding procedures are always followed.

In addition, all work needs to be prioritised, all work carried out with quality, high standard and timeliness whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality. You will be working in a high-pressured environment and will be required to deal with emails as appropriate with the potential of draft responses for the senior leadership team.
