An exciting opportunity has opened to join us as a HR and Recruitment Coordinator in our stunning HQ office in Swindon. We're looking for an energetic, super organised and capable individual to be accountable for the smooth running of HR Operations, including the creation, management, maintenance and manipulation of HR data relating to the employee lifecycle and support recruitment activity by delivering the right talent at the right time. Providing guidance on policy and procedures as well as supporting the wider People team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration tasks associated with the employment lifecycle, end to end, including, new starter process, leaver process, employment benefits schemes, payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Participate in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of key annual processes, including holiday allocation, pay reviews and annual appraisals, along with ad-hoc reports to the business as required
  • Accountable for ensuring complete accuracy of all employee data, conducting audits and monthly and annual reporting into payroll, providing assistance with payroll issues
  • Providing basic advice guided by established policy and process and escalating more complex matters to HR Advisors along with being the first point of contact for guidance for our employees and leaders on where to find policies and how to use our systems
  • Managing and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in multiple, company-wide, end to end recruitment processes on time and in budget, communicating and negotiating with all parties, providing appropriate feedback and ensuring the very best candidate and line management experience is delivered to meet business KPI's


If you pride yourself on high standards with a meticulous eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast paced-environment and getting things done in a non-corporate, pragmatic way this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who is an Excel and Word expert and can pick other electronic systems up quickly. You'll also be a self-starter who is intensely organised and inquisitive by nature; you're always looking for ways to make things simpler, quicker and more efficient. You'll bring high levels of emotional intelligence, and outstanding and confident communication skills both written and verbal , using email as a last resort communication tool. You'll join a considerate, agile and hugely proactive group of people who deeply care about our people.
