The Role

This role will be accountable for;

  • The day to day management of the payroll function
  • Ensuring operational performance and continuous process improvement to streamline and digitalise services
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Point of escalation for any issues
  • Create a strong team culture of engagement, transparency and authenticity
