They are growing rapidly due to a unique approach that combines quality, value, and a customer-first ethos.  They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, to be based 2 days per week from their Swindon offices (Monday & Thursday) with the additional 3 days per week home-working. 

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a dual role, responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of cost-effective recruitment solutions whilst also having an active, hands-on approach to recruiting.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a TA Team of four, with a strong focus on optimising performance against SLAs/KPIs to support the transition to embed a performance culture.

Talent Acquisition Manager – Responsibilities

- Day to day management of the Talent Acquisition Partners against SLAs/KPIs to drive up productivity within the team.

- Manage, mentor and develop the TA team to become experts in candidate attraction, building and maintaining relevant talent pools, whilst optimising and utilising available recruitment tools, processes and procedures.

- Guiding hiring managers on recruitment, helping them to attract top talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and job offers across a variety of levels and roles across the business.

- Keep updated with market trends and recruitment insights

- Identify new diverse talent pipelines to support the overall wider EDI strategy.

- Manage and monitor recruitment spend against set budget.

- Providing meaningful, accurate data to key stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with key recruitment partners and preferred suppliers.

- Promote employer brand by managing the careers website, ensuring the content is up to date and supports the attraction of talent.

- Work closely with HR Services to ensure onboarding compliance is delivered efficiently and effectively throughout the candidate journey.

- Manage the Right to Work status of candidates within the recruitment process to ensure we achieve full compliance ahead of moving to offer.

Talent Acquisition Manager – Required Skills

- Experience working in an in-house recruitment function for a diverse & volume led business.

- Significant line management experience, mentoring & guiding TA teams.

- Experienced and comfortable to work on multiple vacancies and understand the commercial priorities behind each role.

- Ability to source and select a diverse, wide range of candidates using LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools.

- Experience in sourcing, Interviewing and candidate management.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and data analysis skills.

- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Strong stakeholder management capability.

- Experience of sourcing on logistic led roles is desirable, although not essential. 

- Some experience and knowledge on systems improvement, and ATS management is desired.
