Our client, a well-established Energy Consultancy, is looking for an Energy Account Executive to join their team.  You’ll play a key role in managing key accounts, handle metering and billing queries (including bill validation and issue resolution) and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners across the UK and Ireland. Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of key account management for commercial clients
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Handling end-to-end query management, including metering and billing queries
- Support data reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of system updates
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure operational efficiency
- Help meet performance metrics and support the day-to-day operations
Skills and experience required:
- Energy/Utilities industry experience is a must, specifically metering and billing
- Proficient in data analysis
- Customer Service experience, focused on delivering exceptional results
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- A can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and experience in data input
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:       £25k - £28k  Â
