Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Swindon. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working with 1 day in the office per week.

The job:

• Lead the implementation of the NEC Housing IT System
• Collaborate with IT teams, implementation partners, NEC, and Housing Services for project delivery.
• Act as the Solution Architect for the NEC Housing IT System implementation, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and consultations to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.

The candidate:

• Experience of working in\with the Housing Service
• A high level understanding of NECs housing IT system
• Significant experience in implementing the NEC housing system
