- Monitor platform infrastructure against performance and availability, responding to alerts and incidents.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support against their enterprise systems including Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, and VDI environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, escalating to other technical teams when required.
- Develop and update support documentation (e.g. troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide hands-on support with automation scripts, workflows and monitoring tools.
- 3 years’ experience in platform/infrastructure support.
- Proven experience managing Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds.
- Hands-on PowerShell and Python experience to produce automation scripting.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts and network storage systems.
- Exposure of VDI platforms (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V).
- Used ITSM tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms is desirable (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- ITIL or MCSE certification is also highly desirable.
