Location: Swindon

Salary: £27,000

We are seeking a motivated Senior Helpdesk Operative to join our client, an FM Service Provider, on their PFI school contract. You'll be supporting the entire Helpdesk operation and working closely with the Helpdesk Manager to manage the CAFM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Helpdesk department, including report development, contract monitoring, invoicing, and CAFM system development and training.
  • Support monthly audits with FM Managers and ensure all findings are logged on the CAFM system.
  • Deliver services in full alignment with the contract specifications and statutory requirements.
  • Assist the Helpdesk Manager in monitoring, reviewing, and improving compliance, both directly and through contractors.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction surveys, reporting, and ensure a strong focus on customer service.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience and expertise in managing CAFM systems.
  • Prior supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience working on FM contracts.
