Part Time Technical Document Coordinator25 Hours Per Week (across 5 days)Permanent & Office BasedSwindon£25,000 pro rata Our client is looking to recruit a Part Time Technical Document Coordinator to play a key role in managing construction related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and accessibility. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to facilitate a smooth document management process using both proprietary and third-party software.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate records of construction project documents including drawings, specifications and plans.
  • Implement version control processes using proprietary software to track revisions and ensure access to the most up-to-date documents for relevant team members.
  • Distribute documents to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular audits of documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with client records.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to oversee the end-to-end document management process.
  • Access client documents using third-party document management software as needed.

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience in a document control role is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with document management systems is a plus but not essential.
