Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the world of science? Our client is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator to join their team based in Covingham, Swindon.

As a Quality Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site compliance with GMP standards. Your responsibilities will include providing documentation support, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring timely release of vital documentation. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, attend production and project planning meetings and support continuous improvement programmes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparation and issuance of batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and work order coordination
  • Label design creation for trays and pallets
  • Reporting on work order compliance to management
  • Supporting regulatory and client audits by providing requested documents
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of site quality systems and ensuring data integrity standards are followed
  • Supporting continuous improvement programmes related to BMR issuance processes

What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and a right-first-time quality approach
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Experience in a SAP/ERP environment is preferred
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • A background in manufacturing and knowledge of GMP principles is desirable
  • Proactive, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and good time management skills

This position is for roughly four months, starting on the 20th January, working 8.30am - 4.40pm Monday to Friday, full time in the office.
