Fines Officer(AO) - Band E

Brook Street are recruiting for an Fines Officer based in SWINDON on a temporary contract.
Initial contract until end of September 2024 with a view to the possibility of extension.
This is an office-based role (37 hours a week)


Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

" Administrative experience with good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft office
" Excellent communication skills both oral and written
" Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others
" Compiling, verifying and reporting data
" Completing forms or reports
" Managing the workload of a small team, if required
" Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

This role will require some interaction with clients which involves making outbound calls



A DBS check will be required and full right to work documentation
