- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide 2nd / 3rd line support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents swiftly to minimise downtime.
- Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and security protocols.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of cloud solutions.
- Previous experience of 2nd line support with end users
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Azure and Azure AD
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
- Ability to configure and support printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
- Proficient in using remote support tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
- Previous experience in an education setting would be beneficial but not essential
- You must hold a valid UK Drivers Licence
- Base salary of up to £34,000 per annum
