This role of Insurance Customer Service Executive involves working within their existing commercial (SME) property team. The role is highly rewarding, and you will enjoy salary increases with experience and a monthly commission incentive.

Working in a friendly team, you will deal with existing customers about their commercial and liability insurance needs.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to-

  • Quoting and closing new business inquiries.
  • Retaining existing clients at renewal.
  • Dealing with existing policy amendments.
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Working towards individual and team targets.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Ideally, 1+ years' experience working in the insurance industry or retail or call centre experience or candidates looking to develop their personal lines experience into commercial insurance.
  • Ability to deal with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Strong literacy & numeracy skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships from scratch.
  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Ability to think on your feet and identify sales opportunities.
  • Experience in a sales and customer service environment is essential.

Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm
