In this role you will:

• Daily processing of all vehicle-related invoices.• Assist with the preparation and execution of weekly payment runs.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding failed payments or outstanding debts, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.• Maintain accurate and up to date records of account activity in relevant systems.• Negotiate and establish payment plans with customers to address failed collections, ensuring mutually agreeable solutions.• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.• Assist in completing monthly reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely insights.
