Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in understanding and working with data to enable valid analytics.
  • Proven experience in drafting business and technical requirements.
  • Strong interviewing and recording skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience in documenting requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business Stakeholders to identify and understand their objectives from a business, data and analytics perspective.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to gather detailed requirements and clarify the analytics challenge that needs to be solved.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams during the analysis and delivery phase.
  • Be accountable for the quality of our Insight definition.
  • Understand the data sufficiently to enable Insight Engineers to create codable, transformations in the data layer.
  • Identify gaps in the data or where data is of insufficient quality to enable valid analytics and communicate this to the appropriate CDO entity.
  • Document requirements in line with best practice
  • Assist in prioritisation based on do ability and business impact.
