Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Town Planner to join a multidisciplinary practice in Swindon!

My client offers a broad range of planning, architectural and development services to clients across the public and private sector. Some of their current clients include major housebuilders, public bodies, property developers, retailers, local authorities, and private individuals.

The current multidisciplinary team provides knowledge and expertise across all aspects of planning, development, landscape, environmental assessments, masterplanning and urban design, heritage, and architectural design.

Candidate Requirements

  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience at Planner or Senior Planner level, either public or private sector.
  • Up to date knowledge on local planning policy advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, bright, and committed.
