This established and rapidly expanding Legal firm seeks a Family Lawyer to join the team with Offices in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. As a fully qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (LLB) (SQE), you will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months PQE experience with a sound understanding of Family Law. Offering a highly attractive salary circa £55,000, excellent employee benefits and an annual bonus you will be based in the Swindon office on a full-time basis. 

Working as part of a highly successful team of Legal Professionals, you will be responsible for conducting multiple cases to include Divorce, Finance and Children ensuring that the Family Law Act Proceedings are managed and delivered to the correct and expected standards. Liaison with other Solicitors, meeting, interviewing, and communicating in person with your clients, advising, supporting, and guiding through process will cover most of your time. Drafting of legal documents, assessing any legal issues, discussing, and confirming costs, Advocacy, sourcing information from a range of relevant experts, conducting legal research and negotiating settlements are all key tasks and responsibilities. As a Family Lawyer, your focus will be the ongoing contribution to the Legal firm, ensuring that your clients receive the very best service, which attracts referral business and long-standing relationships. Responsible for the supervision of immediate support staff, offering training and coaching, complying with the Clients’ Office Manual, ensuring the confidentiality of the firm and client documents, and conducting a range of ad-hoc duties as and when called upon. 

Responsible for ensuring that annual business targets are met in line with the business, participating in marketing activities to continually assess, profile and enhance future business opportunities will be expected.
