My client, an ambitious & growing adviser network known for their inclusive & supportive culture, are looking to appoint a dynamic & solutions-oriented Legal Counsel on a 9 month FTC (mat cover). Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will be a key contributor in providing legal services and advice to the business. Alongside supporting the Chief of Staff, General Counsel & Head of Legal with Group-wide legal matters, the role will:
  • Interpret, monitor and advise on new and amended legislation
  • Engage with and influence senior management to ensure legal compliance is maintained
  • Contribute to the production of Legal / Corporate Services policies & procedures
  • Resolve disputes and answer queries from Advisers
  • Support the Commercial team in on-boarding new advisers & other 3rd parties through contract reviews
