Also advantageous would be some previous exposure to landlord and tenant, commercial or business debt recovery, contractual disputes, professional negligence and insurance litigation. You should be motivated by a generalist caseload - Property , Civil and Commercial Litigation together with some Employment matters, and not having to pigeon hole yourself with just one area of Litigation, although you can do business development in the direction of Litigation that you enjoy the most.
