The RoleAs a member of the expanding private client team, you will manage a diverse caseload, focusing on:• Wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning• Inheritance tax planning and related strategies• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) and estate administration• Additionally, you will provide expert legal advice, collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, and play a key role in business development to support the team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities• Handle a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning matters.• Prepare, review, and execute legal documents pertaining to private client work.• Collaborate with Partners to advance cases and support team growth.• Attract new clients and drive business development initiatives.• Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong professional relationships.• Ensure high-quality service and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
