Position: Solicitor or CILEx – Residential Conveyancing  Location: WiltshireJob Type: Full-Time  Salary: Dependant on ExperienceAbout the Role:Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to join their Residential Conveyancing Team in the Swindon office. This is a fee-earning role that requires managing a mixed caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages.- Manage a small team of support staff, delegating work appropriately.- Maintain a high level of client service consistently.- Grow a network of contacts and clients to generate new referrals.- Assist partners in evolving the business development strategy for the residential conveyancing team.Knowledge and Experience:- Qualified solicitor or professional equivalent (approximately 3+ PQE).- Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in managing a mixed residential property caseload.- Experience in building and maintaining professional and client relationships.- Proven experience in generating a personal client base.- Experience in managing and working with support staff.- Strong billing and financial management skills.- Up-to-date understanding and commitment to risk management and compliance.- Competency with IT applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with case management systems.
