The Role:As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be entrusted with managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will guide clients through the entire conveyancing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while maintaining high professional standards. You’ll also work closely with clients and local estate agents to build strong relationships and ensure excellent service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Varied Caseload: Handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Client Relationships: Build rapport with clients, providing them with clear, timely, and professional legal advice.
  • Liaise with Third Parties: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant professionals.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, supportive team atmosphere, ensuring excellent team spirit and mutual support within the department.
  • High Professional Standards: Maintain the highest standards of legal practice, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and company procedures.
  • Efficient Case Management: Oversee all stages of a conveyancing transaction from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all documentation.
