- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drive business development, expanding the firm's presence in the local market through networking and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored legal services and clear communication throughout the process
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
The Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing, handling complex transactions
- Proven business development skills, with the ability to generate new clients and expand market reach
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing skills, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
- A proactive leader, capable of building and developing a successful team
