We are wokring on a new permanent opportunity for a full-time senior lawyer to build and lead a new Conveyancing Team for a leading law firm based in Swindon. We are looking for a talented and ambitious solicitor with a proven track record in business development who can hit the ground running and successfully contribute to exciting growth plans.

?The ideal candidate will have 8+ years PQE residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload.

?The Role

  • Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Contribute to the growth of the residential property practice through business development initiatives and networking opportunities and expand the firm’s market presence in the area
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service
  • Support the development and supervision of junior members of the team

About you

  • Ideally 8+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Proven business development skills - able to generate own pipeline and network effectively
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
