Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage every aspect of the project lifecycle from the bid stage to delivery, ensuring successful project completion that enriches lives and transforms businesses.
  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on project costs, programme details, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Produce detailed monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, and more.
  • Develop and implement effective communication tools and delivery plans, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure all objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NEC3 and NEC4 accreditation or substantial experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively deal with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice on project management aspects including cost, risks, and program schedules.
  • Experience in producing detailed reports and implementing project management tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with a drive to pursue excellence.
