Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Preparing court statements and forms to ensure all legal documents are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Transcribing dictations from Lawyers’ audio files and written notes.
  • Managing records, projects, and calendars to ensure efficient operation of the legal practice.
  • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders to keep case files organised.
  • Collecting and delivering documents as required for case progression.
  • Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers to support their schedules.
  • Supporting legal research and liaising with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel, and other staff as needed.
