Legal SecretaryWe are seeking a highly organised and efficient Legal Secretary to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong background in administrative duties, including handling emails, paperwork, and dictation.
  • Annual Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
  • Location: Swindon
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5pm (Hybrid working)
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and organise emails and extensive paperwork efficiently.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office products to format documents and manage basic spreadsheets with formulas.
  • Handle dictation for longer letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the management of invoices, including sending out invoices and handling basic client inquiries regarding billing.
  • Support the legal team by preparing legal documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administrative experience, particularly within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with dictation and transcription is essential.
  • Experience in handling invoices and basic billing inquiries is desirable.
