This is what you'll be doing

As a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing team, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:-

  • Assisting with client matters, conducting legal research, and drafting documents in the Conveyancing department.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, prepare billing files and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, supporting them through challenging legal processes demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and Solicitors Accounts Rules.

The experience you'll bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Conveyancing team:-

  • Proven experience in including drafting legal documents, ideally in Conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage varied workloads effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
