iRecruit4 is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to start immediately on the outskirts of Swindon.
Candidates must have access to transport and should be flexible to work from 18.00 to 05.00 depending on workload.
The position offers a salary of £14.50 per hour, increasing to £16.00 per hour upon successful completion of the trial period.
This role is temporary to permanent, with opportunities for growth within the company and paid holidays once permanent.
Candidates are expected to have experience in a supervisory role, overseeing a team and managing KPIs.

Duties of the Night Shift Supervisor:

Overseeing a team of Night Shift Warehouse Operatives and Controllers.
Working as part of a 3 man supervisory team
Reporting into Warehouse Night Shift Manager
Answering Phones to help with any issues surrounding deliveries or missed issues.
Being involved in the night shift operation and being involved in Picking, Packing and Checking Orders.
Managing KPI's
Working towards night shift targets.

Additional Information for the Night Supervisor:

Sunday to Friday
Rota Day off in the week
Overtime available
Evening Shift/ Night Shift
Candidate must be flexible to work from 18.00 - 05.00 Dependant on work load.
£14.50 Per Hour
£16.00 Per Hour once successful completion of trial period.
