JOB TYPE: Permanent Part Time Monday to Friday 4/5 hours per day

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our business, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain Vehicle Records
  • Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and assist clients or colleagues as needed.
  • Assist in managing financial records using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Assist with Maintaining HR records
  • Stock control and materials ordering

Experience Required

  • Proficiency in computerised systems with a strong understanding of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in data entry and administrative tasks is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
