We are looking for a strong administrator to join our client's team based in Swindon. This full is a temporary, full time position in the office Monday to Friday.

Day to Day

As an NHS Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the contracts team to ensure the efficient management and administration of key NHS contracts. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, updating, and maintaining contract records and documentation.
  • Managing contract queries from both internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Assisting in contract renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are understood and adhered to.
  • Assisting in data entry, reporting, and audit preparation as required.
  • Assist NHS Contracts Manager with projects.
  • Co-ordinate Contract Review Meetings and collate information for these meetings.

This role is integral in ensuring smooth contract processes and compliance within NHS guidelines, supporting their commitment to high-quality patient care.

We Would Love to See

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector but this is not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs before they arise.
