Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 DOE + Car Allowance
Location: M4 Corridor/National Projects

You will be working alongside an established team of Site & Project managers being responsible for structural framing projects across the residential & commercial sectors, up the value of 10million. Project are across the M4 corridor, Bedfordshire & Norfolk. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you can expect fantastic support from your peers and also the Construction Director, to help develop your career further.
If you have a background working as a timber frame erector or a steel erector/fixer, we would be particularly keen to talk to you!
We would welcome conversations with Assistant Site Managers who:
- Has a background in delivering construction projects
- Possess a strong attitude towards health & safety
- Are willing to be hands on with the projects ensuring they are delivered on time
- Will focus on the quality of their work to ensure a positive experience for the client
- Can communicate across all levels, both internally & externally
- Have the ability to follow construction programmes to secure a smooth, safe & profitable installation process
- Are willing to travel Nationally for projects
- Hold a valid SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid - Crane Supervisor would be advantageous
