The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director (MD), Factory Manager, Financial Manager, Estimations Manager, Sales Manager, Quality Manager, and Owner,to deliver outstanding performance across all aspects of the business. This role is essential for maintaining profit margins, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the company's long-term growth strategy. Technical experience within the sheet metal industryis essential for this role.
