Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is looking for a dedicated Site Agent to join their team in Swindon. This permanent position is ideal for an experienced Site Manager seeking to oversee and manage water-related construction projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the site and coordinating all construction activities
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Supervising and managing site staff and subcontractors
  • Overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Maintaining accurate site documentation and records
  • Preparing reports and updating project progress to senior management


Job Requirements:
