Are you an experienced communicator with a flair for social media and content creation? We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Communications & Social Media Executive to join a forward-thinking team in a highly varied and creative role.

The Role - Digital Communications & Social Media Executive

You'll play a pivotal role in developing social media strategies, crafting innovative content, and supporting internal and external communications. Reporting to the Communications & PR Officer, you'll contribute to marketing content across multiple channels while ensuring the smooth delivery of internal employee communications. Occasional site visits will also form part of your content creation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities - Digital Communications & Social Media Executive

• Develop engaging social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create and schedule content tailored for maximum reach and impact.
• Monitor social media platforms, responding to queries and engaging with audiences.
• Analyse performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) and produce insights.
• Produce newsletters, manager briefings, and employee updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organise corporate and divisional events.

Experience - Digital Communications & Social Media Executive

• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and channels.
• Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in communications, marketing, or PR.
• Hands-on experience in internal and external communications.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.
