Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Charity Swindon £25-28kThe role

• Support in the delivery of effective CRM campaign activities
• Liaise with printers for postal and printed communications
• Assist with the production of mailing selections, proofing and campaign results reporting
• Assist with the collation of content from various partner attractions for the website and Members' handbook
• Work closely with wider teams, including briefing the teams on campaign and promotional activities
• Support the team with updating online content relating to membership and supporter campaigns, using the CMS platform
• Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team, and onsite sales manager and warehouse to provide stock management support
• Act as operational support, providing meeting and travel booking support, and other day to day administration and co-ordination assistance.

The ideal candidate

• Good general understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Experience of CMS and email broadcasting tools, and marketing system administration
• Consumer marketing communications experience
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills, able to co-ordinate multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver to deadline
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Relationship skills, including stakeholder management
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to work scheduling and learning
• Adaptable and flexible; good self-starter, able to work alone or as part of a team
• Excellent eye for accuracy and detail
