What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.• Manage the company’s digital presence, including website updates, social media, and e-newsletters.• Produce engaging content, promotional videos, and photography to support marketing initiatives.• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials.• Drive SEO efforts and manage online advertising to maximize visibility.• Write and distribute press releases to enhance media coverage.• Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities.• Research new business opportunities to expand the client base.• Manage initial sales inquiries before passing them to senior colleagues.• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and industry contacts.• Develop and maintain an effective CRM system • Research and identify new markets, emerging trends, and upcoming tender opportunities.• Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for senior management.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting.• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to nurture leads through effective marketing campaigns.• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in networking at industry events.• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
