To be considered for the Senior Staff Nurse role, candidates must have:
  • Valid NMC registration and relevant clinical professional development.
  • At least 18 months experience as a qualified RGN / Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse.
  • Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Mentorship Qualification.
  • Basic workload and shift management skills.
