To be considered for the Senior Staff Nurse role, candidates must have:
- Valid NMC registration and relevant clinical professional development.
- At least 18 months experience as a qualified RGN / Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse.
- Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
- Mentorship Qualification.
- Basic workload and shift management skills.
