Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer - FM contract across schools in Swindon. £40 - £50k. 37.5 hours a week

You will carry out planned and reactive building services maintenance in several schools across Swindon.

With electrical qualifications and experience, you will also have experience (and ideally qualifications) in plumbing to carry out electrical maintenance, emergency light testing, plumbing maintenance and air handling system maintenance.

You could be asked to over see any subcontractors that happen to be on site, carry out building audits and minor fabric works across the sites.
