We are looking for aMulti Skilled Shift Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMulti Skilled Shift Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMulti Skilled Shift Engineer,will be responsible for:

• Providingreactive and planned pro-active maintenance services for operational assets.
• Covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
• Handling modifications, installations, and liaising with contractors.
• Working will adhere to high-quality standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Maximizingequipment availability, offer technical support, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Providinga reactive and planned pro-active maintenance (PPM) service as per project requirements to all operational assets.
• Flexibilityin work hours to provide cover if required for holidays and sickness absence.
• Participatingin standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours.
• Proactively walk the floors, reporting any maintenance or H&S issues to the helpdesk and appropriate manager.

To be successful for thisMulti Skilled Shift Engineer role you must have:

• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• Criticalenvironments experience.

Qualifications held in any of the below trades is desirable:

• NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance
• COCN1 OR CODNCO1 (domestic to commercial changeover)
• CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1
• NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance
• F Gas Qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
• 2391-52 Testing and Inspection Qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
