We are currently recruiting for a Parts Assistant/Driver to join our busy client based at their Swindon depot.

Duties

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients customer’s, establishing customer needs for required parts through conversation, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate, locating and ordering parts
  • Fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
  • Delivering and collecting parts as required, receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers
  • Communicating relevant promotions and offers to workshop control and customers
  • Assist with parts stock checks, report any stock damage or losses, retuning of parts to suppliers.
  • Delivery of parts to customers.
  • All parts are controlled by the dealer management system DMS.

The Person

  • You need to be pro-active and take pride in what you do
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within the industry.
  • Experience in similar positions is advantage.
  • Full training will be given on systems and processes.
