Parts Assistant/Driver

Full time - Permanent
Salary is dependent on experience
Monday - Friday - 7.00am - 5.00pm OR 8.00am - 6.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch break
Every third Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Assistant/Driver to join our busy client based at their Swindon depot.
Duties
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients customer’s, establishing customer needs for required parts through conversation, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate, locating and ordering parts
- Fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
- Delivering and collecting parts as required, receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers
- Communicating relevant promotions and offers to workshop control and customers
- Assist with parts stock checks, report any stock damage or losses, retuning of parts to suppliers.
- Delivery of parts to customers.
- All parts are controlled by the dealer management system DMS.

The Person
- You need to be pro-active and take pride in what you do
- Have excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within the industry.
- Experience in similar positions is advantage.
- Full training will be given on systems and processes.
