About the Role
Academics Ltd is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a passionate Music Teacher to join a prestigious, high-performing Performing Arts school in Swindon. This school has a stellar reputation for its exceptional Performing Arts department, and the ideal candidate will have experience teaching Music to GCSE and A-Level students. The role provides an inspiring environment to engage students and help them develop their creativity and passion for music. We also welcome Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with strong mentorship and support offered.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Music at KS4 and KS5
* Prepare and assess coursework, exams, and other assessments
* Support students' academic and personal growth, offering pastoral care as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the music curriculum
* Participate in school-wide events, including music performances and productions, and professional development opportunities

Key Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent, with relevant subject experience
* Strong knowledge of the Music curriculum at GCSE and A-Level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential
* ECTs are welcome to apply, with excellent mentoring and support provided
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
