Job Summary
A well-established, patient-centred medical practice in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join its dynamic healthcare team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to a diverse patient community.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, immunisations, and routine health screenings.
Conduct patient assessments, create tailored care plans, and support a holistic, patient-centred approach.
Collaborate closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications and Experience
